Commencement Speech
For the summer I am travelling on The Mainland USA. May 30th I fulfilled a long-planned obligation to deliver the commencement speech at Phillips Beth Israel School of Nursing in Manhattan. The more I learned about this program and the students, the more I was impressed.
I wrote about it in my blog. I was honored to be asked, and even more honored to actually stand up there and speak.
I still will make occasional entries to this blog but next week I resume my hiking trip….. I will be back in Honolulu ready for fall semester, August 13th.
